You can capture an area of a web page or from your own desktop. For example, while a video is playing (or in pause mode), click the "Snap" button then drag the Snap window to the desired area (drag the corners of the snap window to resize) then click the camera icon inside the window to capture a video thumbnail. Simp...ly add/edit title and URL and click submit. You can also capture a photo or from your desktop.
